Contrary to popular belief, I don’t only photograph girls. Often times I am lucky enough to work with high school senior boys! Actually,  I am lucky enough to work with their moms. For senior guy sessions, the moms generally have a heavy hand in coordinating the session and then choosing the favorite products and portraits at the ordering session.  You see, I am a boy mom. My boys don’t pause for pictures, they hopefully probably won’t enjoy selfies in high school and taking off the athletic clothes to dress up for our own family portraits generally involves a great deal of bribery.  It should go without saying, I see the insurmountable importance of senior pictures for boys, and therefore, enjoy them more as much as photographing the girls!

Reid, a high school senior at New Albany,  was fantastic to photograph. We used three unique locations in Downtown Columbus which created great variety in his portraits.  Reid was so easy going, kind and tolerant of the fun that his mom and I were having throughout the entire process.  In my opinion, that is a true testament to the student and the young professional that he will become in the coming years. Congratulations Reid.
